You have the option to send us back the article (s), within 14 days , from the date of receipt. Any item returned must be in its packaging or box and protected.

  • Deliveries are available from 200 € of bulk purchase, in France whatever the weight or the size of the article.
  • Our mailing in francs is done by La Poste
  • Our watches and jewelry are sent in declared value.
  • For our international shipments, shipments will be made by the Fedex, DHL delivery services at the applicable rate.
  • All shipments have private insurance up to the purchase price.
  • For any shipment, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number.
  • Any delivery address with a post box or a cedex address will be refused.
  • Products are shipped to the delivery address you specified during the ordering process.
  • Upon receipt of your payment, the products are available within 48h to 72h, unless special request.

Colissimo shipments are delivered in 72 hours in Metropolitan France.

The reception of the article is done at home, delivered by hand against signature. In case of absence, your package is sent to the post office closest to you.

The withdrawal is done on presentation of your ID and your notice.

Declared value shipments are delivered between 3 and 4 days in Metropolitan France.

For the security of your articles, only the notice of passage is given to you. Your parcel is sent to the post office closest to you.

  • Free for orders over 200 € in Metropolitan France.
  • 50 euros for any order outside France.

RETURN CONDITION

H24gold informs the customer of his right and the conditions of withdrawal during the order process.

The customer can not exercise his right of withdrawal in case of ordering a product made to his specifications and highly personalized.

The customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the delivery of the product. If the order requires the delivery of several products, the withdrawal period granted to the customer runs from the last delivery.

In case of dispute regarding the date or right of withdrawal of the customer, it will be up to the customer to provide proof of the exercise of his right.
